Jason Gibbs was an American garment factory that once operated in New York. The company made this overcoat for Bell's Traditionals, a store operating in North Carolina. BT specialized in the so-called Ivy League style, i.e. traditional American men's clothing.
You can't read the size on the label, but based on the measurements, this fits best for a 40-size man.
