Any order can be returned within 7 days from the moment it is registered as received. Returns are only accepted if the seal on the garment is still attached, and the apparel is in the same condition as when originally sent. The customer pays for shipping and return postage costs, and these costs are not refunded as they go to the transport company. However, if the customer cancels their purchase before Pukimo Raivio has paid for the delivery, the customer will also get the postage back.
