Terms of service

This online store is run by a company called Pukimo Raivio (Finnish company ID 2201883-4). Its owner is one Ville Raivio.

Payments

In the online store, one can pay by IBAN-transfer, PDF invoice, or online payment. The order is shipped only when a payment appears in the company's account. The payment service provider is responsible for handling online payments, which are charged the moment the customer accepts the payment from their shopping cart. There is no value added tax in the prices of Pukimo Raivio because Finnish marginal taxation can be applied to used clothes instead.

Deliveries

Pukimo Raivio sends a shipping confirmation when an order is sent. The delivery time depends on the delivery queues of the transport service, which is Posti (the Finnish state postal service).

If the contents of an order are damaged when it arrives, it's best to take photos immediately. A complaint must be filed on the delivery company's web site. Posti is responsible for shipments.

If Pukimo Raivio is unable to deliver an order or there's a delay with shipping, the customer will receive a message. If the customer is not satisfied with the new delivery time, the customer has the right to cancel the purchase. Pukimo Raivio does not refund late, damaged, or canceled orders when the cause is due to the shipping company. In such a case, the customer must apply for compensation from the shipping company.
